Melissa and her team are amazing! With their help, I was able to sell my house in Compton, CA, at almost $25k over asking price! A+ service from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. During my first meeting with Melissa she told me exactly what to do in order get the most money for my home, and once on the market she sold it, significantly above asking, and in only two days. She was always available to answer questions via text message, phone call, email, or whatever media I chose. I have worked with her and her group for several transactions and i always have nothing but high regards in how seamless the process goes on buying or selling . That is why i religiously use them because a solid agent or group is extremely hard to find .This group willing to tell you truth over profit . Anyone that has worked with agents knows there many bad ones ,several good ones but this team is a exclusive team of future great ones. Reason being money does not drive them its the mission of making the transaction and service feel like family working together to help you get threw a process most dread to go threw but with them its a cake walk ! If you want the best than you have it in Melissa and Juan. They made my wife, daughter and myself feel like family. They treated us with kindness and professionalism and was always looking out for my family and Myself. My uncle died a year ago and left me with his house that didn't want to live in so they help me sell my uncles house. So if need a realtor contact Melissa and Juan they to will treat you like family, and will be looking out for you and your family

Is a very knowledgeable real estate agent she is very excellent with all the experience of a home seller and buyer I love working with her and she was always on time she helped me through all my process of selling my home and I recommend her to anyone she's a talented real estate agent she knows her job correctly she's on time she gives you all the explanation of every detail of the work that needs to be done she followed through on all her promises of and she is very professional I enjoyed working with her and it was a pleasure selling my home with Melissa and if I ever have to sell a home again I will contact her to do it all over or to buy a home I will contact her thank you very much and hope your experience will be just as pleasant as mine was
